Methods: Linked data were sourced from the population-based Queensland Oncology Repository. Eligible people were diagnosed with NSCLC between 2012 and 2021, with follow-up on treatment and mortality available to 31 December 2022.

We report a case of a 63-year-old hypertensive male who presented with nephrotic syndrome associated with autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease which was effectively diagnosed with the use of antiPLA2R Ab test. He achieved complete remission upon treatment with Rituximab.
