[Infectious mononucleosis in practice of otorhinolaryngologist].

Infectious mononucleosis (IM) is an acute viral infection that usually occurs with fever, acute tonsillitis, affects lymph nodes, liver, spleen, and with specific changes in the hemogram. [The role of microflora in etiology of chronic tonsillitis].
