As a highly toxic aldehyde, acrolein is widely found in diet and environment, and can be produced endogenously, posing a serious threat to human health. Herein, we designed a novel fluorescent nanoplatform integrating carbon dots‑manganese dioxide (CDs-MnO) and glutathione (GSH) for all-in-one sensing and removal of acrolein. By converting Mn to free Mn, GSH inhibited the inner filter effect (IFE) of MnO nanosheets, and the Michael addition of acrolein with GSH inhibited the GSH-induced Mn conversion, forming an "off-on-off" fluorescence response of CDs.

Due to the limitations of local perception, their performance improvement seems to have plateaued in recent years. To tackle this issue, we propose the SC-UNet model, which is a UNet-like network fused Swin Transformer and CNN for semantic image synthesis.
View Article and Find Full Text PDFLenvatinib is the most common multitarget receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor for the treatment of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Acquired resistance to lenvatinib is one of the major factors leading to the failure of HCC treatment, but the underlying mechanism has not been fully characterized. We established lenvatinib-resistant cell lines, cell-derived xenografts (CDXs) and patient-derived xenografts (PDXs) and obtained lenvatinib-resistant HCC tumor tissues for further study.
