Although small-molecule inhibitors with moderate efficacy targeting MYC have been previously described, to this point, research efforts have failed to bring a suitable small-molecule MYC inhibitor to the clinic. Herein, the discovery of a series of novel MYC degraders bearing VHL to target the "undruggable" MYC is presented. The molecules are based on connecting a known MYC binder to a VHL ligand or pomalidomide to induce MYC degradation in various cancer cells known to express MYC.

Objectives: To develop a tool for measuring performance of a coordinated care center against the criteria of an integrated practice unit (IPU) and test it against an established care center in the Military Health System (MHS).

Study Design: Characteristics of 4 patient care coordination models were sorted using the 11 criteria of the IPU.

Methods: Subject matter experts evaluated characteristics and criteria for inclusion or exclusion based on the needs of specialty care in the MHS.

Objective This study investigates the antimicrobial properties of silver (1%) and chitosan (1%) nanoparticles against Streptococcus mutans (S. mutans) when added to an orthodontic primer used for aligner attachments. Introduction: The esthetic during the various orthodontic treatments has led to the invention of the brackets. When different ceramic brackets and archwires are used, the different frictional forces may result in the different outputs. Hence, in the present study, we evaluated and compared the frictional resistance between eight standard monocrystalline ceramic bracket models and each of the archwires of four different alloys.
