Background: Spinal arteriovenous fistulae (AVF) located at the craniocervical junction (CCJ) are rare and usually present with hemorrhage. Bleeding is usually attributed to arterial feeders arising from the anterior spinal artery (ASA) and aneurysms located on such feeders.
