Common mycorrhizal networks (CMNs) facilitate nutrient transfer between plants, but their role in supporting non-mycorrhizal species remains largely unexplored. This study investigates the effect of CMNs on the growth and nutrient uptake of the non-mycorrhizal plant Chenopodium album, in association with the mycorrhizal plant Parthenium hysterophorus. The treatments included: C.

Background: Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) and Bipolar Disorder (BD) are two common psychiatric disorders that have a substantial influence on people's mental health and quality of life. The identification of regulatory networks and potential drugs for both disorders enhances our understanding of these conditions and facilitates the development of targeted and effective therapies.

Methods: This study employed network-based methods to identify gene regulatory networks and potential therapeutics for Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) and Bipolar Disorder (BD).

Bluetongue (BT) is a vector-borne viral disease of multiple domestic and wild ruminants across the globe. The VP7 protein of bluetongue virus (BTV) is the major immune-dominant structural protein that is conserved across the BTV serotypes and therefore, targeted for the development of immuno-diagnostics for BT. In this study, full-length recombinant VP7 protein (rVP7) of BTV-1 was expressed in Trochoplusia ni derived insect cells (Tn5) using codon-optimized synthetic gene construct through baculovirus expression system.
