<b>Background and Objective:</b> Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) is proposed to have a potential regenerative effect on the ovaries following premature ovarian insufficiency (POI), however, the main impact on the process of follicle development (folliculogenesis) remains unclear. Protein-protein interaction (PPI) or network interaction analysis enables us to predict the targets of PRP's biomolecules using biological data through public databases and platforms. Objectives: Breast milk is the best baby food because it contains various nutrients and important factors for the baby's immune system, including leukocytes. This study aimed to determine the effects on morphology, number of cells and breast milk leukocytes count of various ways of storing breast milk based on different temperatures and storage durations.
Methods: This study was conducted at the Biochemistry Laboratory, Integrated Laboratory and the Histology Laboratory, Universitas Indonesia, Jakarta, Indonesia from September 2022 to February 2023.
Producing lightweight structures can be effectively achieved using adhesive bonding that incorporates a high-performance adhesive, eliminating the mechanical joints (rivet, bolts). Here, the proof-of-concept of tailoring the high-performance adhesive using microstructures exhibiting a negative Poisson's ratio (auxetic) is investigated using two single lap joint (SLJ) models developed in ABAQUS/Standard. The SLJ models consist of two rigid adherends that are bonded using either or adhesive that produces auxetic response.
