[Detection and diagnosis of hereditary monogenic neurologic diseases in Slovakia].

Authors present a clinical symptoms recapitulation of the most important monogenic hereditary neuromuscular diseases, their molecular-genetic causes and the possibilities of diagnostic on the level of DNA analysis.
