Aims: To present a model of the determinants of maternal mortality for Indigenous women-social, structural, political and biological.
Design: Non-Indigenous academicians and an Indigenous tribal citizen and scholar partnered to amplify Indigenous women's voices.
Method: With epistemic decolonisation and Indigenist feminism as our theoretical basis, we used theory derivation to create a model of the determinants of Indigenous maternal mortality.
Objectives: To describe and assess, via simulation, a constraint-based spline approach to implement smooth hazard ratio (HR) waning in time-to-event analyses.
Methods: A common consideration when extrapolating survival functions to evaluate the long-term performance of a novel intervention is scenarios where the beneficial effect of an intervention eventually disappears (treatment effect waning). One approach to relaxing the proportional hazards assumption for a treatment effect is to model it as a function of the timescale, with a spline function offering a flexible approach.
Introduction: A timely diagnosis of dementia offers the opportunity of earlier intervention and activation of coordinated care plans. General Practitioners (GPs) play a key role in dementia diagnosis, from symptom recognition to clinical assessment, investigation, diagnosis and onward referral for confirmation of the diagnosis and subtyping. Dementia clinical practice guidelines (CPGs) offer clinicians guidance on dementia care but often do not specifically address the role of the GP in the diagnostic process.

During the period from birth to one-year, modifiable caregiver behaviours, such as what, how and when infants are fed, can influence obesity development and prevention. The Choosing Healthy Eating for Infant Health (CHErIsH) intervention was developed to support healthy infant feeding practices to prevent childhood obesity in the first year.

Objective: To investigate older adults' attitudes toward deprescribing by investigating which medications they would like to have deprescribed, the reasons why, and patient factors associated with interest in deprescribing.
Design, Setting, And Participants: This survey study was conducted from May 2022 to December 2023 in primary care settings in 14 countries.
