Venous aneurysms of the lower limbs are rare, and those located in the popliteal area are the most described. Congenital anatomical variations have been reported but are also exceptional. They can affect both superficial and deep veins.

Introduction And Importance: Cervical paragangliomas of the vagus nerve are tumors, of wich the nature and location make them extremely rare, representing only 0.012 % of cervical tumors.
Case Presentation: This article reports the case of a 64 year old patient, consulting for a latero-cervical mass associated with dysphonia, dysphagia, and repeated vagal syncopes, evolving for 10 months.
Behçet's disease is a multisystem vasculitis of undefined etiology. Aneurysms or pseudoaneurysms of the aortic arch constitute one of the major complications during the course of Behçet's disease. We report the case of a patient who presented for a consultation due to chest pain.
