The model advanced training regulations define the content of advanced training to achieve the qualification of medical specialist in internal medicine and rheumatology. There are currently no criteria for issuing the authorization in advanced training. This position paper describes the criteria proposed by the German Society for Rheumatology and Clinical Immunology (DGRh), which should be the foundation for the issuance of authorization for advanced training in the field of internal medicine and rheumatology and for the assessment of the duration.

The German Society of Rheumatology and Clinical Immunology (DGRh), with its Executive Board and two ad hoc commissions, responded promptly to the complex challenges posed by the pandemic for rheumatological care in Germany with provision of a comprehensive and professionally sound range of information and provided concrete assistance in many situations. The diverse activities of the DGRh in the context of the pandemic led to national and international attention and consideration of its committees and recommendations in national committees and guidelines.

So far, the effect has been primarily explained by the assumption that some error responses result from misleading memory evidence. However, it is also possible that the effect arises because participants remember and use their response times from the binary task to solve the 2AFC task.
