Policy research on role of traditional medicine in emergency health system construction based on the PMC index model: evidence from China.

Background: The integration of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) into emergency health systems in China serves as a model for global policy development and refining the inclusion of traditional medicine in health emergencies.

Methods: This study investigated 13 public health emergency policies related to TCM released by the Chinese central government from 2003-2023. A PMC(Policy Modeling Consistency) index model was developed combining ROSTCM text mining analysis software.

Background: Benign and malignant breast tumors differ in their microvasculature morphology and distribution. Histologic biomarkers of malignant breast tumors are also correlated with the microvasculature. There is a lack of imaging technology for evaluating the microvasculature.

The molecular and cellular landscape of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy phenotypes: transition from obstructive to end-stage heart failure.

Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) is a myocardial disorder which commonly presents as an obstructive or end-stage disease. This study aims to investigate the transcriptomic changes related to cardiac cell-specific expression profiles that underpin the molecular transition between the HCM phenotypes. This study utilizes bioinformatics meta-analysis to integrate independent datasets to generate a comprehensive gene expression profile of obstructive HCM and end-stage HCM phenotypes compared to donor hearts.

A SYBR green I-based multiplex real-time PCR for simultaneous detection of pseudorabies virus, porcine circovirus 3 and porcine parvovirus.

Background: Pseudorabies virus (PRV), porcine parvovirus (PPV) and porcine circovirus 3 (PCV3) are common in swine farms in China. Single infection or co-infection with PRV, PPV and/or PCV3 was difficult to distinguish between their clinical symptoms and pathological changes. Therefore, a quick and accurate detection method is needed for epidemiological surveillance, disease management, import and export control.
