Circulating tumour DNA (ctDNA) is an emerging biomarker for monitoring cancers. The personalised disease monitoring in metastatic breast cancer (PDM-MBC) study is an ongoing study instigated to evaluate ctDNA as a biomarker to individualise imaging requirements in patients with MBC. Patients receiving first-line endocrine therapy (aromatase inhibitor + cyclin-dependent kinase 4/6 inhibitor) had plasma samples collected pre-treatment, weeks 2 and 4, and concurrently with imaging until progressive disease (PD).

Background: Without high-quality statistics on mortality inequalities, designing policies to improve the health of people with disability is challenging. We aim to quantify mortality inequalities experienced by people with disability in Australia.

Young people with an Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD) often face ineffective and exclusionary post-school transition practices, leading to poor mental health in early adulthood. This scoping review aimed to map existing literature on mental health for young people with IDD during the post-school transition period including how IDD and mental health are characterised in this context and the extent to which community members with lived experience are included in the design and/or production of research. In collaboration with a co-researcher, we used the JBI framework and PRISMA guidelines in accordance with a published protocol.

A major goal in synthetic development is to build gene regulatory circuits that control patterning. In natural development, an interplay between mechanical and chemical communication shapes the dynamics of multicellular gene regulatory circuits. For synthetic circuits, how non-genetic properties of the growth environment impact circuit behavior remains poorly explored.
