[Gastrointestinal lipomas - report of three cases and a short review of the literature].

Lipoma in the alimentary tract is a rare entity, it can usually be found in the subcutaneous tissue. Generally, lipomas are asymptomatic. Gastrointestinal lipoma must be removed only in case of bleeding or obstruction.

[Postirradiation angiosarcoma of the breast].

Although secondary angiosarcomas (AS) are relatively rare neoplasms, they are increasingly recognized as the result of more breast conserving therapy (BCT) followed by radiotherapy. The diagnosis of this very aggressive and rapidly spreading tumour is based on the immunohystochemical characteristics of the biopsy specimen. Only radical surgical intervention can provide successful treatment.

Combined occurrence of prostate carcinoma and malacoplakia.

This is a case of a 56-year-old male patient suffering from a combination of prostate carcinoma and malacoplakia. A 56-year-old male patient was admitted in our Department because ischuria due to the enlargement of the prostate. Perineal needle biopsy was done resulting carcinoma of prostate.

Giant adrenal myelolipoma.

Authors present a case of giant adrenal myelolipoma, where the tumor was hormonally inactive but caused abdominal and flank pain. The huge tumor, a 20x18x10 cm mass, was surgically removed. The ipsilateral kidney was preserved.
