Unlabelled: Treatment of malignant gliomas is an extremely difficult objective associated with difficult choice of correct strategy. Photodynamic therapy is still not the treatment standard in these patients although this approach significantly improves treatment outcomes in surgery of gliomas.
Objective: To demonstrate the possibilities of chlorin e6-mediated photodynamic therapy for malignant glial tumors.
Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICI) are a standard in cancer therapy, but few patients respond to the treatment. The aim of the present study was the determination of immunological markers for monitoring response to ICI. The present study included 74 patients receiving ICI in subsequent [group 1; non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)] and first-line setting (group 2; melanoma) and 30 patients with NSCLC receiving first-line chemotherapy.

The package aims to guide practitioners to promote local action and enhance skills for CE.
Setting And Participants: The packages were co-created with diverse teams from WHO, Social Innovation in Health Initiative, UNICEF, community practitioners, and other partners providing synergistic contributions and bridging existing silos.
