Effectiveness of Mobile Application-Based Intervention on Medication Adherence Among Pulmonary Tuberculosis Patients: A Systematic Review.

Objectives: To analyze the effectiveness of mobile application-based interventions on medication adherence among pulmonary tuberculosis patients.

Eligibility Criteria: Intervention articles involving patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and/or their families, utilizing mobile application-based intervention research designs, assessing patients individually or in groups with or without a control group, using mobile application-based interventions that can be accessed via a browser, utilizing adherence to treatment as the primary outcome, and written in English and Indonesian were included.

Information Sources: The articles published from 2012 to 2022 were obtained from EBSCO Host, ProQuest, GARUDA, PubMed, Scopus, and Cochrane Online Library databases.

The impact of mobile telenursing on fasting blood glucose levels in diabetes: an interventional study.

Introduction: High blood glucose levels in individuals with diabetes mellitus (DM) can lead to various complications, highlighting the need for adequate management. Diabetes Self-Management Education has been proven effective in controlling glycaemic events and preventing DM complications. Telenursing is a promising method for educating DM patients.

Health Coaching Intervention to Improve Self-Care Management of Hypertension Among Older People in Indonesia: A Randomized Controlled Study Protocol.

Purpose: One-third of the global population is predicted to be diagnosed with hypertension (HTN) in 2025, with the percentage highest among older people. Without proper self-care management, uncontrolled HTN causes negative health consequences and decreases the quality of life. The previous scoping review identified various challenges that older adults may face in dealing with HTN and that effective approaches should consider each individual's circumstances and attributes.

Implementation of coaching methods to decrease the parenting stress levels among teenage mothers in Indonesia: A quasi-experimental study.

Background: The high rate of early marriage, teenage pregnancy, and teenage mothers increases the prevalence of emotional and mental disorders, depression, parenting stress, and child stunting. Parenting coaching is among the effective ways to overcome parenting stress and improve parents' knowledge, skills, and behaviors, thereby avoiding child stunting. However, studies on parenting coaching are not widely conducted, particularly in Indonesia.

Self-Care Management for Hypertension in Southeast Asia: A Scoping Review.

Background: Self-care practices such as lifestyle modifications in diet, exercise, and stress management are effective in reducing the incidence of and enhancing better management of hypertension.
