Objective: To identify validated questionnaires to assess medication adherence, and its associated factors, in adult patients with chronic pathologies.
Method: A systematic review of scientific publications that describe validated medication adherence questionnaires in PubMed and Scopus was carried out during May 2022. The search strategy combined the MeSH heading "Medication adherence" with the keywords: "Questionnaire" and "Validation"; adding "Spanish" to rescue questionnaires in our language.

The development of a chemometric method for monitoring the pharmaceutical dissolution, under green analytical chemistry principles, was reported. Meloxicam (MEL) and pridinol (PRI) were employed as a combination model. Multivariate curve resolution with alternating least squares (MCR-ALS) was proposed to resolve UV spectra of the analytes during pharmaceutical dissolution.

The aim of this study was to define if cytokines detected in the BALF (bronchoalveolar lavage fluid) of intratracheal LPS-treated mice could be, at least in part, responsible for 5-HT (5-hydroxytryptamine) lung hyporeactivity. Our results show that intratracheal instillation of LPS induced a time-dependent increase in IL-(interleukin-)1beta, IL-6, and TNF (tumor necrosis factor)alpha in the BALF.

All experiments were performed with fully differentiated neurons (eight days). To induce apoptosis, culture medium was replaced with a serum-free medium (containing 5 mM KCl) eight days after plating.
