[Impact of high-energy laser irradiation on pulmonic fibroblast in human embryo].

This impact was attained by medicinal laser application to alexandrite, dye, erbium and gallium arsenid in various conditions on cultures of pulmonic fibroblasts of human embryo. Obtained results were estimated by transmission and scanning microscopy. The highest cell destruction was observed in dye and alexandrite, being less expressed in gallium arsenid under laser irradiation.

[Hemosorption in serotherapy (serosorption) in experimental acute diphtheric toxemia with the use of affinity sorbents].

In modeling acute diphtheric toxemia in guinea pigs, the authors propose to perform hemosorption using selective sorbents under continuous introduction of antitoxic immune sera into extracorporeal contour in front of sorption column. Combination of hemosorption with serotherapy in the same time interval may be denoted as serosorption. As specific sorbents, affine preparations imasorb A-700 and Imasorb G-700 were used.

[Treatment of acute experimental diphtheria toxemia by immunohemosorption].

The antitoxic antidiphtheric immunosorbent DATs was tested in experiments on mice and guinea-pigs using the model of acute diphtheric toxemia. In extracorporeal connecting with the circulation system of the animals the sorbent effectively bound and eliminated from the circulation molecules of diphtheric toxin and antitoxin, reduced significantly their levels in the blood after hemoperfusion. [Epidural anesthesia using local anesthetics and clopheline in geriatric urology].

Study of pharmacokinetics of lidocaine, trimecaine, and clofelin demonstrated rapid resorption of these drugs in the postoperative period. Comparison of two methods of epidural anesthesia in high-risk patients (ASA 3) subjected to urologic surgery showed the objective advantages of adrenergic regional anesthesia, ensuring the stability of vital functions during surgery and allowing operations in awaken patients with adequate spontaneous respiration.

[The systemic hemodynamics of waking and anesthetized male cats during noradrenaline infusion].

Dynamics of arterial pressure and its hemodynamic components were shoen to dramatically differ in corscious and anesthetised animals. The data obtained suggest that corscious male cats, along with a baroreflex mechanism of resistance against involvement of the heart into the pressor response, have another mechanism acting in deficiency of baroreflex effects.
