[Improved method of studying the blood for sterility].

The technique used for the inoculation and subculturing of blood samples in testing them for sterility is described. This technique eliminates the possibility of contaminating the culture medium and the blood sample under test with extraneous bacterial flora. Blood samples were inoculated without opening the containers with the culture medium.
