This study investigated the effects of multiple laser sintering (LS) cycles on a polyamide 12 powder mixture of 70% recycled material and 30% virgin polymer. This research aimed to understand how repeated LS processing influences this specific powder mixture's thermal and structural properties, which is crucial for optimising its performance in additive manufacturing applications. A thermal analysis revealed significant changes in the thermal behaviour of the powder over successive build cycles.

However, the progress of countries towards these goal has been slower than expected and, consequently, there is a need to investigate the reasons behind this fact. In this study, we have used a novel data-driven methodology to analyze time-series data for over 20 years (2000-2022) from 107 countries using unsupervised machine learning (ML) techniques.

Here we compile occurrence records for 717 alien vertebrate species distributed in 2984 mountains worldwide. We analyze their distribution, biogeographic origin, presence in protected areas, and the drivers' explaining alien vertebrate richness in mountains.

Maternal unbalanced diets cause adverse metabolic programming and affect the offspring's liver microRNA (miRNA) profile. The liver is a site of β-carotene (BC) metabolism and a target of BC action. We studied the interaction of maternal Western diet (WD) and early-life BC supplementation on the epigenetic remodeling of offspring's liver microRNAs.
