Introduction: Despite the known association between scleroderma and cancer, the current systemic sclerosis classifications do not clearly identify paraneoplastic sclerodermiform syndrome or sclerodermiform syndrome secondary to cancer treatments.
Case Report: A 56 year old man was hospitalized for severe Raynaud's phenomenon with bilateral digital necrosis and otherwise good health status. X-rays did not show any subcutaneous calcification.

Background: Optimal asthma management requires interventions by a number of health professionals, including pharmacists.
Objective: To assess the attitudes of pharmacists towards asthma patients and to evaluate their knowledge about how to use the metered dose inhaler.
Methods: A descriptive survey through self-administered questionnaire was conducted among pharmacists in private pharmacies in Lomé, Togo.
We report the antimicrobial activity of ciprofloxacin and netilmicin on 577 strains such as S. aureus, Pseudomonas, E. coli, Salmonella, Proteus, Klebsiella and Enterobacter.
