How could 20-minute neighbourhoods impact health and health inequalities? A policy scoping review.

Background: 'Twenty-minute neighbourhoods' (or variations, such as 15-minute cities) are receiving increasing policy attention with anticipated impacts on population health (inequalities) outcomes alongside sustainability improvements. Yet, factors contributing to possible health impacts are not well understood. This scoping review aimed to identify proposed and evidenced pathways to health (inequality) outcomes from international policy plans.

Differentiating patients admitted primarily due to coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) from those admitted with incidentally detected severe acute respiratory syndrome corona-virus type 2 (SARS-CoV-2) at hospital admission: A cohort analysis of German hospital records.

Objective: The number of hospitalized patients with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus type 2 (SARS-CoV-2) does not differentiate between patients admitted due to coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) (ie, primary cases) and incidental SARS-CoV-2 infection (ie, incidental cases). We developed an adaptable method to distinguish primary cases from incidental cases upon hospital admission.

Theoretical Examination of the Hydroxide Transport in Cobaltocenium-Containing Polyelectrolytes.

Polymers incorporating cobaltocenium groups have received attention as promising components of anion-exchange membranes (AEMs), exhibiting a good balance of chemical stability and high ionic conductivity. In this work, we analyze the hydroxide diffusion in the presence of cobaltocenium cations in an aqueous environment based on the molecular dynamics of model systems confined in one dimension to mimic the AEM channels. In order to describe the proton hopping mechanism, the forces are obtained from the electronic structure computed at the density-functional tight-binding level.

CT Texture Analysis and Node-RADS CT Score of Lymph Nodes in Patients With Perihilar Cholangiocarcinoma.

Background/aim: Texture analysis can provide quantitative imaging markers from computed tomography (CT) images. The Node-RADS classification was recently published as a classification system to better characterize lymph nodes in oncological imaging. The present analysis investigated the diagnostic benefit of CT texture analysis and the Node-RADS classification to categorize and stage lymph nodes in patients with perihilar cholangiocarcinoma.

Influenza A virus in swine (IAV-S) continues to cause significant negative impact to both sows and growing pigs. The viral hemagglutinin (HA) and neuraminidase (NA) genes continue to evolve with HA diversifying at a faster rate than NA. Depending on country, whole inactivated virus (WIV) commercial and autogenous vaccines, as well as veterinary prescription vaccines targeting HA, are currently available.
