The evolution of maritime surveillance is significantly marked by the incorporation of Artificial Intelligence and machine learning into Unmanned Surface Vehicles (USVs). This paper presents an AI approach for detecting and tracking unmanned surface vehicles, specifically leveraging an enhanced version of YOLOv8, fine-tuned for maritime surveillance needs. Deployed on the NVIDIA Jetson TX2 platform, the system features an innovative architecture and perception module optimized for real-time operations and energy efficiency.

Basilar artery aneurysms, in particular, present unique challenges due to their location and potential impact on vital brainstem structures. Advanced diagnostic imaging has improved the chances of early identification of the condition, enabling timely intervention.

There is a high risk of fatal bleeding due to anticoagulation in high-risk PE with thrombocytopenia; therefore, risks and benefits are balanced while dealing with such a critical scenario.
Case Report: We present a case of a female patient with thrombocytopenia who was admitted for management of lymphoma.
Introduction And Importance: The combination of an open acromion fracture with a massive rotator cuff tear is an exceptional lesion, rarely described in the literature. It generally occurs after open shoulder trauma, and requires well-codified therapeutic measures to avoid complications that could keep the patient from being as autonomous as possible and able to perform daily activities.
Case Presentation: We report the case of a 26-year-old patient with a wound on the posterior surface of the left shoulder following an attack.
