Background: Pregnant people, especially those with diabetes mellitus or hypertension, are particularly vulnerable to adverse drug reactions (ADRs).

Objective: To determine the incidence of and factors associated with ADRs in hospitalized pregnant people with diabetes and/or hypertension.

Methods: This prospective cohort study involved pregnant people with diabetes and/or hypertension admitted to a maternity hospital in Natal, Brazil, between August 2019 and July 2022.

Background: Cutaneous tuberculosis is a rare form of the disease that defies diagnosis due to the diversity of clinical presentations. This study was based on the reality of a dermatology referral center in the Brazilian Amazon region to detail several characteristics of this disease.

Objective: To evaluate the quality of YouTube™ and TikTok™ videos as educational tools for patients with cleft lip and palate (CLP) as regards their care, and multidisciplinary treatment.

Methods: Videos were searched on YouTube™ and TikTok™ using four keywords. The reliability and quality of the first 60 videos for each keyword and platform were analyzed.

Objective: To evaluate opportunity for vaccination in children born alive in Londrina, up to 6 months old and the relationship between socioeconomic stratum and vaccination regularity.

Method: Population survey study based on a retrospective cohort of children born in 2017 and 2018 that identified vaccines not administered in a given session. Vaccination regularity was compared between socioeconomic strata using Pearson's chi-square test.
