9-Aminoacridine structures hold much potential for accessing small molecule therapeutics. This core is present in a range of pharmaceuticals for the treatment of ailments such as malaria, inflammation, viral and bacterial infections, and cancer. For the latter, there remains a need to develop and/or improve chemotherapeutics to counteract issues of uptake, drug resistance, and selectivity for cancer cells over healthy cells.

This article revisits an ongoing dialogue between the co-authors, examining their divergent perspectives on whether the art of serial killers was used to perpetuate their psychopathic cycles after their murderous sprees were interrupted, or whether the art-particularly a piece done by one serial killer, Glen Rogers-reflects remorse and redemption. The two art therapists draw from their own clinical and professional experiences to argue their respective outlooks. After explaining what art therapy is, re-examining the concept of murderabilia, and underscoring psychopathy, this article provides an in-depth evaluation of two art pieces done by the serial killer through of their viewpoints.

She had psychomotor slowing, axial rigidity, fixed dystonic posturing of right hand and symmetrical generalised bradykinesia. MR brain scan identified bilateral multifocal non-enhancing high signal intensity in the frontal subcortical and periventricular areas, with corpus callosal thinning and areas of paraventricular diffusion restriction, suggesting an adult-onset leukodystrophy.
