Background: Pseudotumor cerebri (PTC) syndrome is a disorder of increased intracranial pressure, most commonly affecting overweight women of childbearing age. Malignant PTC (MPTC) is a rare presentation that involves rapidly worsening vision, often necessitating surgical intervention to prevent permanent vision loss.
