Doppler ultrasonography has evolved into a cornerstone of ultrasound imaging. In this article, we delve into the fundamental principles of Doppler ultrasonography, introduce color and spectral Doppler analysis, and highlight common applications relevant to point-of-care (POCUS) practitioners. From enhancing the safety of bedside procedures to estimating cardiac output, to exploring findings of venous congestion, we review the key advantages, disadvantages, and challenges of using Doppler in POCUS.

However, when it comes to using these LLMs for the medical domain, there's a need for an evaluation platform to determine their suitability and drive future development efforts. Towards that end, this study aims to address this concern by developing a comprehensive Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) approach that is specifically designed to evaluate medical LLMs.

Objective: To investigate the frequency of stroke and code stroke activation and the factors influencing code stroke management in postoperative cardiac surgical patients.
Design: A retrospective quality improvement study was conducted between January 1, 2016, and December 31, 2021.
Setting: The Cardiac Surgery Recovery Unit (CSRU) at London Health Sciences Centre in London, Ontario, Canada.
Background: Therapeutic plasma exchange (TPE) is a procedure involving the filtration of a patient's plasma to eliminate pathogenic components or address deficiencies. This technique finds varied indications in the pediatric age group, particularly in neuroinflammatory diseases.
Objectives: The objective of this study is to delve into our local experience with TPE, focusing on indications, outcomes, and complications among children with neurological diseases at King Abdulaziz University Hospital (KAUH) in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
