Objective: The extent of resection of pediatric low-grade glioma mostly improves progression-free survival. In chiasmatic hypothalamic glioma (CHG), complete resections are limited due to the relevantly high risk of associated neurological and endocrinological deficits. Still, surgery might have its role in the framework of a multidisciplinary team (MDT) approach.

Prediction markets are a promising way to generate collective forecasts and could potentially be enhanced if high-quality crowdsourced inputs were identified and preferentially weighted for likely accuracy in real-time with machine learning.
Methods: We aim to leverage human prediction markets with real-time machine weighting of likely higher accuracy trades to improve performance.
Background: Advances in prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) PET-computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) allow the detection and localization of exclusively local prostate-cancer-recurrences after definitive first-line therapy. PSMA-based early detection of circumscribed local recurrences followed by hypofractionated high-precision stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) might yield long-term disease control at moderate rates of adverse effects.
Methods: Retrospective analysis of 35 patients treated for locally recurrent prostate cancer between November 2012 and December 2021 with PSMA PET- and MRI-based robotic SBRT.
In an effort to prepare small molecule mimics of the active site of lytic polysaccharide monooxygenase (LPMO), three monoanionic tridentate N donor ligands comprising a central deprotonated amide group flanked by two neutral donors were prepared, and their coordination chemistry with Cu(I) and Cu(II) was evaluated. With Cu(I), a dimer formed, which was characterized by X-ray crystallography and NMR spectroscopy. A variety of mononuclear and dinuclear Cu(II) species with a range of auxiliary ligands (MeCN, Cl, OH, OAc, OBz, CO ) were prepared and characterized by X-ray diffraction and various spectroscopies (UV-vis, EPR).

These studies lacked a holistic representation of the muscle status. For instance, they were limited with respect to the peak muscle forces, number of muscles, and possible muscle activation patterns.
