Introduction: Postoperative intussusception is a rare cause of intestinal obstruction in adults. Intussusception refers to a condition in which a segment of the intestine invaginates into the lumen of an adjacent segment of the intestine.

Presentation Of Case: We report a case of postoperative jejunojejunal intussusception in a 42-year-old male following a laparoscopic low anterior resection for rectal cancer.

We performed a total of 172 varicocelectomies with the subinguinal technique in 151 patients. Of these, 129 patients (85%), undergoing a total of 140 varicocelectomies, were monitored for at least one year (11 had bilateral varicocele) with a mean follow-up of 3 years. Ninety-nine of these (77%) presented preoperative semen abnormalities and 62 (48%) had infertility problems.

Primary malignant anorectal melanoma is an uncommon disease that accounts for 1% of anorectal malignancies. Its virulent malignancy is associated with a poor prognosis and with difficult diagnostic and therapeutic problems. The operative management of these patients is controversial.
