The aim of the work is to identify changes in the state of astrocytes and microglia with unilateral ligation of the carotid artery, sensitization with the cerebral antigen and their combination in the sensorimotor cortex in rats.; Studies were performed on 185 male Wistar white rats weighing 260-290 g. Noradrenaline causes the decrease of inflammatory reaction, fibroblast content in regenerate and basophilia of their cytoplasm. Acetylcholine conversely increases cell reaction, but slows down the re-modelling of connective tissue regenerate.

It was demonstrated that noradrenaline increased resistive capacity of skin nerve elements to trauma and decelerated the degeneration of impaired elements; promoted skin regenerate neurotization, nerve fibres sprouting and tropism to epidermis; increased monoamine oxidase activity and catecholamine content in adrenergic nerve fibres. Acetylcholine decreases the nerve elements resistive capacity to trauma and accelerates degenerative processes, amplifies peripheral glia reaction; decelerates and activity in appropriate conductors and causes the appearance of basket like plexuses around epidermal invaginating outgrowths.

Regenerate vascularization was reduced under NA and AT effect, while Ach and PR promote its increase. Deviation extent of values of granulation tissue vessels specific length (SLV) (by 7th posttraumatic day) increases in proportion with the drug dose.
