[Use of sulprostone in nulliparous patients in voluntary interruption of pregnancy during the first trimester].

A new PGE2 derivate, sulprostone, is described in detail. The drug was used to induce abortion in 68 patients in the first three months of pregnancy. It was administered intramuscularly, in a single dose of 500 mcg.
