Methods: We fielded an online, self-administered survey to a convenience sample of English- or Spanish-speaking transgender and gender-diverse (TGD), intersex, and cisgender people (>/=15 years) in the US. The survey contained an organ inventory developed with community input and questions regarding acceptability.
Background: Continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) with minimally invasive devices plays a key role in the assessment of daily diabetes management by detecting and alerting to potentially dangerous trends in glucose levels, improving quality of life, and treatment adherence. However, there is still uncertainty as to whether CGMs are accurate enough to replace self-monitoring of blood glucose, especially in detecting episodes of hypoglycemia.
Objectives: Evaluate clinical, numerical accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity of the CGM devices commercially available when compared to the reference standard of arterial or venous blood glucose.
Herein, we report the synthesis of novel dimeric urea-bridged BODIPY-carbohydrate conjugates, which display circularly polarized luminescence (CPL). The dimers are composed of diastereomerically pure, axially chiral (P or M) BODIPY monomers containing a pendant glucose (d- or l-) unit. The latter was intended to add chirality, biocompatibility, and enhanced water solubility and facilitate the chromatographic resolution of the intermediate atropisomers.

The entry of SRLVs into target cells involves the mannose receptor (MR), while catalytic polypeptide-like 3 protein containing Z1 domain (A3Z1) is considered a restriction factor for lentiviral replication.
