Wastewater pollution caused by organic dyes is a growing concern due to its negative impact on human health and aquatic life. To tackle this issue, the use of advanced wastewater treatment with nano photocatalysts has emerged as a promising solution. However, experimental procedures for identifying the optimal conditions for dye degradation could be time-consuming and expensive.

Repeated use of pyrethroid insecticides may act as a selection pressure for mutations and amino acid substitutions in the house fly voltage-sensitive sodium channel (VSSC), which ultimately confers resistance. The objectives of this study were to determine the presence of knockdown resistance (kdr) mutations using molecular tools and to set up a CDC bottle bioassay specific for house flies in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to screen for deltamethrin resistance.

Using both arms post stroke is essential to carry out many functional activities but the evidence on bilateral arm training (BAT) is understudied. To investigate the evidence for efficacy of task-based BAT on upper limb recovery, function, and participation post stroke.

The cantilever structure is fabricated by using flexible polyvinyl chloride as a host structure of rectangular cross-section embedded with magnetorheological (MR) fluid. The deflection of the cantilever structure at the free end is used to analyze the stiffness change of the cantilever structure.
