Metachronous Cutaneous Melanoma Metastases of the Left Anterior Paranasal Sinuses and the Right Nasopharynx That Were Treated Surgically: A Case Report With Literature Review.

Metastases of cutaneous melanoma to the paranasal sinuses and nasopharynx are considered rare. We reported the case of a patient with cutaneous melanoma metastasizing to the left anterior infundibulum and seven months later to the right nasopharynx that was successfully treated by endonasal endoscopic surgery as a single treatment modality. No adjuvant radiotherapy was performed.

The Oncologic Value of Transoral Resection in Early-Stage Laryngeal Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the Glottis: A Retrospective Study.

Background and objective The treatment of early-stage laryngeal glottic cancer involves surgery or radiotherapy, and both have similar survival rates. However, discrepancies between systematic reviews in the literature point towards the continuous need for more data. In this study, we aimed to investigate the oncologic value of surgery at an ENT university department of a tertiary hospital in Greece.

Lymphoma presenting as preauricular tumor in unilateral parotid gland agenesis: a case report and review of literature.

Background: Parotid gland agenesis is a rare, congenital, usually asymptomatic disorder. Until now, only 24 cases with unilateral, incidentally found, parotid gland agenesis have been described. Here, we present the first reported case of an ipsilateral preauricular neoplasm in a patient with unilateral parotid gland agenesis.
