Background: Food insecurity (FI) is more prevalent in people with cystic fibrosis (PwCF) than the reported national prevalence, but there are limited data on the relationship between FI and health outcomes in PwCF. The objective of this study was to analyze the relationship between FI in PwCF and pulmonary and nutritional status.
Methods: We leveraged an electronic cross-sectional survey that ascertained FI status and gave participants the option to link their survey data to their records in the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Patient Registry (CFFPR).
Objective: To develop age-appropriate nonaGEnaRIan And cenTenarian suRgICal (GERIATRIC) risk tool for classifying patients who may or may not develop postoperative complications or die within their index hospital admission.
Background: There are no validated perioperative risk stratification tools for use in nonagenarian and centenarian patients-people aged 90 to 99 years and >100 years.
Methods: In this retrospective observational study, nonagenarians and centenarians undergoing any surgical procedure were profiled.
The first search for soft unclustered energy patterns (SUEPs) is performed using an integrated luminosity of 138 fb^{-1} of proton-proton collision data at sqrt[s]=13 TeV, collected in 2016-2018 by the CMS detector at the LHC. Such SUEPs are predicted by hidden valley models with a new, confining force with a large 't Hooft coupling. In events with boosted topologies, selected by high-threshold hadronic triggers, the multiplicity and sphericity of clustered tracks are used to reject the background from standard model quantum chromodynamics.

To investigate the pharmacological potential of each phytochemical from these plants, we conducted ADMET analysis, molecular docking, and molecular dynamic simulations to identify potent molecules capable of inhibiting the interaction between Alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) and Cysteine aspartyl protease 3 (Caspase-3/CASP3). In our study, we have used molecular docking of all the compounds against AFP and filtered them on the basis of ADME properties.
