Using a social network approach, we characterize who Mexican-origin young adults perceive as social support sources for oral health behaviors and provide additional validity evidence for Oral Health Behavior Social Support Scales (OHBSS). From April to September 2022, we gathered social network data from 62 Mexican-origin adults (21-40 years old) through Zoom interviews about their perceived received social support for three oral health behaviors (toothbrushing, flossing, and obtaining dental care) from three potential sources of support (family, health providers, and others/friends). Overall, we found similar results across all three oral health behaviors.

Atomically precise metal nanoclusters (MNCs) composed of a few to hundreds of metal atoms represent an emerging class of nanomaterials with a precise composition. With the size approaching the Fermi wavelength of electrons, their energy levels are well-separated, leading to molecule-like properties, like discrete single electronic transitions, tunable photoluminescence (PL), inherent structural anisotropy, and distinct redox behavior. Extensive synthetic efforts and electronic structure revelation have expanded applicability of MNCs in catalysis, optoelectronics, and biology.

Introduction: Wastewater-based surveillance (WBS) is an emerging tool for monitoring the spread of infectious diseases, such as SARS-CoV-2, in community settings. Environmental factors, including water quality parameters and seasonal variations, may influence the prevalence of viral particles in wastewater. This study aims to explore the relationships between these factors and the incidence of SARS-CoV-2 across 28 monitoring sites, spanning different seasons and water strata.
