Collaboration practices have been utilized within applied behavior analysis (ABA) to build relationships among relevant stakeholders. A recent focus within the field of ABA highlights collaborative practices for behavior analysts to utilize in service delivery positions. However, myriad barriers, such as sources of funding and competing stakeholder interests, inhibit behavior analysts' ability to build collaborative partnerships with families.

Improving Patient Experience by Understanding Barriers and Incentives to Telehealth Adoption Among Physicians at a Large Academic Medical Center.

Patients benefit from and appreciate the option to use telehealth with their providers. Such patient expectations have therefore led to new questions about the factors that affect providers' willingness to adopt telehealth as part of their clinical practice. We interviewed 19 physicians across four specialties with differential rates of telehealth use (Psychiatry, Anesthesiology, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation [PM&R], and Ophthalmology) to discern the barriers and incentives to telehealth adoption among physicians.

Senolytic treatment attenuates immune cell infiltration without improving IAV outcomes in aged mice.

Aging is a major risk factor for poor outcomes following respiratory infections. In animal models, the most severe outcomes of respiratory infections in older hosts have been associated with an increased burden of senescent cells that accumulate over time with age and create a hyperinflammatory response. Although studies using coronavirus animal models have demonstrated that removal of senescent cells with senolytics, a class of drugs that selectively kills senescent cells, resulted in reduced lung damage and increased survival, little is known about the role that senescent cells play in the outcome of influenza A viral (IAV) infections in aged mice.

Evidence-based approaches to cranial cerebrospinal fluid leaks in low- and middle-income countries: a systematic review of the literature.

Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leaks commonly occur due to trauma or surgical procedures. Here we review CSF leak diagnosis and management in Low- and Middle-Income Countries (LMICs). A systematic review of the CSF leak management in LMICs was conducted using PubMed, Google Scholar, Embase and Web of Science databases according to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines.

Automated MRI pituitary structured reporting from free-text using a fine-tuned Llama model: a feasibility study.

Background And Objective: Structured reports in radiology have demonstrated substantial advantages over unstructured ones. However, the transition from unstructured to structured reporting can face challenges, as experienced radiologists worry about the potential loss of valuable information. In this study, we fine-tuned the Llama 2 model capable of generating structured pituitary MRI reports from unstructured reports.
