[Cymbalta (duloxetine) in the treatment of anxiety-depressive disorders in patients with discirculatory encephalopathy].

The effectiveness of treatment of anxiety-depressive syndrome with cymbalta, the selective inhibitor of serotonin and noradrenalin reuptake, has been assessed in 35 patients with discirculatory encephalopathy (mean age 50.9+/-1.78 years).
