to evaluate the effect of different types of direct current transcanal effects on the root canal microbiota. The study involved 91 volunteers aged 18 to 65 years, in 48 (53%) no periapical lesions were detected, in 43 (47%) periapical lesions. For determination of the optimal parameters of dosage an apex-phoresis, that provides antibacterial effect, clinical strains the facultative anaerobic of bacteria was used, after collection from root canal of teeth.

Background: Alveolitis and localized osteomyelitis of the jawbones still remain the most common conditions among the post-operative complications associated with tooth extraction.
Aim: The objective of the present study was to evaluate the antibacterial and clinical effectiveness of ozone therapy and radiation of various wavelengths emitted by the light-emitting diodes (LED) applied for the treatment of alveolitis and localized osteomyelitis of the jawbone with a view to improving the effectiveness of the treatment and shortening the duration of the rehabilitation period.
Material And Methods: A total of 100 patients presenting with alveolitis and localized osteomyelitis of the jawbones at the age varying from 18 to 65 years have been examined and treated.
As a result of cliniko-microbiological research the data testifying to substantial improvement of efficiency of antimicrobictherape at inclusion in a complex of medical actions at alveolitis and the limited osteomyelitis of a jow ozone therapy in a combination with a light-emettinf diode irradiation of the hole extracted teeth red ( 630 nanometers) are obtained by light.

Aim: Determine frequency of diseases caused by group A streptococci (GAS) among invasive infections of soft tissues; identify emm-types of the isolated streptococci, determine the presence of bacteriophage integrases and toxin genes in their genomes.
Materials And Methods: 4750 case histories of patients with soft tissue infections of the purulent-surgical department of the 23rd City Clinical Hospital.of Moscow "Medsantrud" in 2008 - 2011 were analyzed.

Structure of bacterial microflora of periodontal pocket using classical cultural and molecular genetic methods (PCR and RT-PCR assays) was studied in patients with chronic generalized severe or intermediate periodontitis in acute phase and in healthy subjects. Structure of viral and fungal microflora using PCR or ELISA assays was studied also. Markers of Gram-negative bacteria (B.
