Methane (CH) is a greenhouse gas with a global warming potential 81.2 times higher than carbon dioxide (CO). The intentional emission of oxidants into the atmosphere has been proposed as a geoengineering solution to accelerate the oxidation of CH to CO, thereby reducing surface warming.

Traumatic perineal injuries are rare but can result in significant morbidity, particularly when the anal sphincter is injured. The management of such injuries in the pediatric population is rarely noted in the literature. We aimed to describe reconstruction in such patients using lessons learned in reoperative anorectal malformation surgery.

- Muscular strength, particularly measured by handgrip strength (HGS), is an important indicator of health and a predictor of age-related diseases, but no international benchmarks exist for HGS across different ages and sexes.
- The study systematically analyzed data from over 2.4 million adults across 69 countries to establish sex- and age-specific norms for HGS, identifying a peak in strength between ages 30 and 39 before a gradual decline.
- Findings revealed that while absolute and body size-normalized HGS improves slightly in early adulthood, a more significant drop occurs from middle to late adulthood, with males generally experiencing a faster decline than females.
Study Objective: To evaluate the prevalence of germ cell tumors and the clinical monitoring practices for those who deferred prophylactic gonadectomy in a large North American cohort of individuals with Turner syndrome with Y-chromosome mosaicism (TS+Y).
Method: A query of the medical records at multiple North American children's hospitals was done using ICD codes related to Turner Syndrome. A retrospective chart review was conducted on those patients between ages 0 to 30 years with Y-mosaicism.
