[Sarcomas of pararectal fat].

The paper presents a description of 9 cases of pararectal fat tissue sarcoma which have amounted to 12.8% of all benign and malignant tumors of this site registered within the last 13 years. Clinical course, procedures for diagnosis, surgical treatment and its results are discussed.
