Background: The infertile women have an increased risk of developing benign and malignant tumors, in particular, breast cancer. Most studies have examined the role of gene variants in the risk of developing breast cancer, but there is little evidence of genetic risk factors for benign tumors.
Aim: To assess the combined genetic risk of developing mastopathy in women with FSHR (rs6165, rs6166) and ESR1 (rs9340799, rs2234693) gene variants.
Background: Uterine leiomyoma (UL) is the most common benign neoplasm of the uterus. It is still unknown surely what exactly initiates transformation of the uterine myometrial cells into UL.
Aim: To study the effect of the TP53 gene variants on the risk of development and clinical features of UL.
Objective: The aim: Optimizing the interdisciplinary approaches in the diagnosis and monitoring the dynamics of uterine leiomyoma treatment by high-intensity focused ultrasound ablation.
Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: In the course of scientific research we conducted a survey 72 women of reproductive age were diagnosed with leiomyoma. All patients underwent bimanual gynecological examination, ultrasound and MRI to determine the condition of the pelvic organs, assess the structure, location, number of myomas, as well as assess the possible acoustic pathway of high-intensity focused ultrasound.
Objective: The aim: To obtain the prevalence of postpartum endometritis women and antimicrobial resistance of responsible pathogens in Ukraine.
Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: We performed a retrospective multicenter cohort study. The study population consisted of all women who had a vaginal delivery or cesarean section in 14 Regional Women's Hospitals of Ukraine.
Results of organpreserving operations on a small pelvis organs, performed in 337 patients-women, were analyzed. While heightened bleeding capacity of tissues in 39.3% women-patients when performing plastic operations on uterine tubes for ectopic pregnancy, cystectomy and conservative myomectomy with objective to stop hemorrhage the bleeding cessating plate Tachocomb was applied.
