Objective: The efficacy of deep brain stimulation can be limited by factors including poor selectivity of stimulation, targeting error, and complications related to implant reliability and stability. We aimed to improve surgical outcomes by evaluating electrode leads with smaller diameter electrode and microelectrodes incorporated which can be used for assisting targeting.
Approach: Electrode arrays were constructed with two different diameters of 0.
The parameters of endocardiac hemodynamics, heart rate variability, endothelial function and function of the external breathing (FEB) were studied. 67 patients with arterial hypertension (AH) at the stage II and with chronic alcohol intoxication (CAI) were observed. Method of correlation analysis allowed to determine the heart rate variability effect on the hemodynamics, endothelial function and respiratory systems in these patients.

To identify proteins from organisms with unsequenced genomes, database sequences from related species must be employed for sequence-similarity protein identifications. Peptide sequence tags (Mann, 1994) have been used successfully for the identification of proteins in sequence databases using partially interpreted tandem mass spectra of tryptic peptides.

The results recommend the fatty acid composition of serum lipoprotein lipids as an informative characteristic in evaluation of lipid metabolism disorders in the liver.
