The Evolving Role of Artificial Intelligence in Radiotherapy Treatment Planning-A Literature Review.

This paper examines the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in radiotherapy for cancer treatment. The importance of radiotherapy in cancer management and its time-intensive planning process make AI adoption appealing especially with the escalating demand for radiotherapy. This review highlights the efficacy of AI across medical domains, where it surpasses human capabilities in areas such as cardiology and dermatology.

New aspects of the influence of quadriceps femoris muscle stimulation course on functional capabilities of the organism.

We studied the effect of a course of electrical stimulation of the quadriceps femoris muscle with submaximal contraction under biofeedback conditions on functional capabilities of the organism. In addition to the known effects, electrostimulation course modulated the content of intra- and extracellular fluid and increases MDA content and creatine phosphokinase activity, which can be a manifestation of overtreatment. Impairment of body static balance after the course was revealed.

[The use of elastic plastic liners in orthodontics].

The authors suggest to make the dentures with double-layer bases using a modified technique. A layer of elastic plastic was applied only after the denture correction. Depending on indications, it was spread over the entire surface of the denture or only locally.
