Background: Epithelioid hemangioendothelioma (EHE) is an uncommon vascular malignancy characterized by an unpredictable clinical course and a high potential for recurrence and metastasis. The lack of standard treatment guidelines, coupled with the tumor's inconsistent response to available treatments, complicates the management of EHE and leads to widely varying patient prognoses.
Case Presentation: We report two cases of EHE with distinct presentations reflecting the site of involvement.
Background And Aims: Morgagni hernias are rare congenital diaphragmatic defects that can lead to bowel obstruction and incarceration if not repaired. While this disease typically manifests as respiratory distress, frequent respiratory infections, and infant growth failure, it can sometimes be accidentally discovered in adulthood through cross-sectional imaging. We aimed to report our experience managing this entity during 20 years at our referral center.

Objectives: To investigate the potential of butaphosphan and cyanocobalamin in controlling insulin resistance, we conducted a study with the hypothesis that this combination may mitigate insulin resistance in dairy goats.
Methods: Ten adult goats were divided equally into two groups: Ctrl and B+C.
Metabolic disorders pose significant challenges in transition dairy cows. Numerous parameters have been investigated in this context, and apelin has recently emerged as a potential metabolic indicator. Accordingly, this study aimed to assess the associations between this hormone and other metabolic parameters.
