In recent years, with the increased interest in smart home technology and the increased need to remotely monitor patients due to the pandemic, demand for contactless systems for vital sign measurements has also been on the rise. One of these kinds of systems are Doppler radar systems. Their design is composed of several choices that could possibly have a significant impact on their overall performance, more specifically those focused on the measurement of cardiac activity.

Despite its prevalence and relevance for quality of life, the factors that affect SH in men with PD (MwPD) are still poorly understood.
Objectives: To investigate the impact of motor, non-motor, and social aspects on the SH in MwPD.
Species of Tanaecium (Bignonieae, Bignoniaceae) are lianas distributed in the Neotropics and centered in the Amazon. Members of the genus exhibit exceptionally diverse flower morphology and pollination systems. Here, we sequenced, assembled, and annotated 12 complete and four partial chloroplast genomes representing 15 Tanaecium species and more than 70% of the known diversity in the genus.

However, studies with high-quality evidence, describing psychomotor-intervention processes and outcomes are scarce. Therefore, we aimed to generate expert consensus regarding psychomotor-intervention guidelines to support psychomotor therapists through the design and implementation of interventions for preschool (3−6 years old) children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

Bacillus and related genera are among the main bacterial groups isolated from pharmaceutical production areas. The identification of Bacillus species and related genera by classical methods is particularly difficult, due to similarities between closely related species. The Matrix-Assisted Laser Desorption Ionization-Time of Flight Mass Spectrometry (MALDI-TOF MS) is one of the most promising techniques for chemotaxonomic characterization of microorganisms, being an alternative to genotypic methods.
