Background: Currently, the primary methods for detecting HER2 expression levels are immunohistochemistry (IHC) and in situ hybridization (ISH), with the traditional standard being a HER2-positive score of 3 + accompanied by ERBB2 gene amplification detected through ISH. However, a new entity has recently emerged: HER2-low, defined as HER2 IHC 1 + or 2 + with negative ISH. HER2-low breast cancer, representing 45-60% of all HER2-negative tumors, has distinct biological characteristics and uncertain responses to conventional HER2-targeted therapies.

Research from the United States has advocated for sexual orientation and gender identity (SOGI) information capture via the electronic medical record (EMR) to support the generation of knowledge regarding SGM people's healthcare needs and the appropriate care for this population. In November 2022, The Royal Melbourne Hospital (RMH) enabled the SOGI capture EMR functionality.

We conducted an overview of reviews of n-3 fatty acid monotherapy supplementation and examined whether the evidence supports the effects in healthy young and old adults and clinical populations.
Methods: In line with the PRISMA guidelines, a widely accepted framework for conducting and reporting systematic reviews, we conducted a comprehensive search for systematic reviews (OVID, Embase, Web of Science, SPORTDiscus) reporting the effect of n-3 fatty acid supplementation in our target populations.

Aims: Cross-sectional studies demonstrate an association between low serum levels of vitamin D and slower gait speed in older individuals. However, longitudinal studies remain inconclusive. This study investigates whether vitamin D deficiency and insufficiency are risk factors for the incidence of slowness.

Methods: A retrospective, comparative, single-center study of 550 IVF/ICSI and 186 oocyte cryopreservation cycles was conducted from January 2018 to December 2020. Exclusion criteria included endometriosis, previous ovarian surgery, ovarian insufficiency, and abnormal FSH/LH levels.
