Introduction: The clinical management of COVID-19 in immunocompromised patients remains a challenge. The aim of this work was to develop a consensus to establish recommendations for the clinical, diagnostic and therapeutic management of patients with rheumatic diseases and COVID-19.
Methods: A panel of 14 international experts was selected and Delphi methodology was used for the consensus, after a systematic literature review.

Its activity is controlled by cycles of association and dissociation of the ATP hydrolysis (V) and proton transport (V) multi-protein subunits. In this multicenter study, we retrospectively evaluated the safety of nintedanib in a real-world population of patients with RA-ILD from the Italian Group for the Study of Early Arthritis (GISEA) registry and the possible role of comorbidities and DMARDs on drug safety and withdrawal. Our secondary aim was to investigate the causes of nintedanib discontinuation.
