[Twenty year experience in the treatment of peritonitis, multiple organ dysfunction syndrome in perforative ulcers].

The results of treatment of 573 patients, operated on the clinic for the period from 1981 to 2000 year for perforative gastroduodenal ulcer were analyzed. In 24 (4.2%) of them the necessity of relaparotomy performance for peritonitis, polyorgan insufficiency had occurred.

[The combination of ulcer disease and pancreatitis in surgical practice].

Results of treatment of 1203 patients, admitted to the hospital for an acute pancreatitis and its aggravation, were analyzed. Earlier 414 (34.5%) patients were operated for ulcer disease (UD), in 126--suturing of perforated ulcer was performed, in 159--selective proximal vagotomy with pyloroplasty, in 129--resection of stomach.

[Combined treatment of purulent complications of diabetes mellitus].

The results of treatment of 132 patients with the type I diabetes mellitus of middle end critical severity, trophic disorders and purulent-necrotic complications were analysed. Clinical efficacy of intravascular laser irradiation of blood, the prolongated medicinal intraarterial infusion, antioxidant therapy were established.
