Purpose: To perform clinical and histomorphometric evaluations of the vagina before and after treatment for genitourinary syndrome of menopause with CO laser, fractional radiofrequency, and promestriene in breast cancer survivors using adjuvant endocrine therapy.
Methods: The study included women experiencing moderate to severe genitourinary syndrome of menopause. Following pre- and post-treatment protocols, participants graded their symptoms on a visual analog scale and underwent a gynecological examination to evaluate the Vaginal Health Index and obtain a vaginal biopsy.

This study aimed to evaluate the vagina clinically, cytologically, and histologically before and after treating genitourinary syndrome of menopause (GSM) with fractional microablative carbon dioxide LASER (COL), radiofrequency (RF), and estrogen vaginal cream (CT). Women with moderate-to-severe symptoms of GSM, denoted by a GSM Visual analog scale (VAS) score of >4, were eligible for this study. The patients were randomized into treatment groups.

Objective: This study aimed to compare the efficacy of CO 2 laser, radiofrequency, and promestriene in treating genitourinary syndrome of menopause in women with breast cancer receiving adjuvant therapy and to analyze the clinical and histological findings of the vulvar vestibule.
Methods: Women with moderate-to-severe symptoms of vulvar atrophy were enrolled. The participants were evaluated according to pretreatment and posttreatment protocols using the visual analog scale and clinical assessments, which included a gynecological examination and vestibular biopsy.
Mammary microcalcifications (MCs) are calcium deposits that are considered as robust markers of breast cancer when identified on mammography. MCs are frequently associated with premalignant and malignant lesions. The aim of the present review was to describe the MC types and associated radiological and pathological aspects in detail, provide insights and approaches to the topic, and describe specific clinical scenarios.
